The present review application has been preferred by the 6th respondent, Anil Kumar S/o Sri Pratap Singh seeking to review the order dated 09.08.2023 passed in the present writ petition. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, an exercise was to be undertaken by the competent authority, however, according to him, the sixth respondent is not being heard before passing the order. Perusal of the order, which is being sought to be reviewed reveals that there is already a direction to decide the matter after putting to notice the 6th respondent, Sri Anil Kumar S/o Sri Pratap Singh and further while disposing of the matter, the Court did not enter the merits of the case. Thus, there is no merit in the review application and the order in question is not liable to be reviewed. The review application is consigned to record.
