¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed directing the respondent no.2 to direct the respondent no.3 to conclude the investigation of the case arising out of FIR dated 01.09.2023 in Case Crime No.0150 of 2023, under Section-302 IPC, Police Station-Dullahpur, District-Ghazipur and further be pleased to direct the police authority to conduct fair investigation in the matter.

¶3At the very outset, learned AGA has stated that the police after investigation has filed a final report in the matter exonerating the petitioner.

¶4In view of the statement made which is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition.
