¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner who is working as Gram Panchayat Adhikari is aggrieved for not being conferred upon with the benefit of IInd and IIIrd benefit under the Assured Carreer Progression Scheme event though he has completed requisite period of service as per Government Order dated 05.11.2014.

¶3In the above regard, learned counsel for the petitioner has already represented the matter before the District Panchayat Raj Officer on 29.09.2023 but the same has not been decided till date.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Agra to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 29.09.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
