¶1The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated

14.06.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Banda for cancelling the arms license of the petitioner exercising his power under Section 17 of the Arms Act. Against the order of the District Magistrate, Banda, the petitioner has the remedy to file an appeal before the Commissioner under Section 18 of the Act.

¶2In view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner, it is not a case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
