After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to move recall application for recalling the order dated 7.12.2022 for which learned learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case recall application is filed, Court shall decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
