The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that she is not being paid the compensation under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sirvhit Bima Yojna for the death of her father. The documents annexed with the writ petition indicate that the insurance company has sought a No Objection Certificate from the other sister of the petitioner and has also asked the petitioner to submit a copy of her bank passbook. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner submits the aforesaid documents within a period of one month from today, the Insurance Company, i.e., The New India Assurance Company Ltd., Bhadohi shall process the claim of the petitioner within the next period of one month.
