¶1Shri Udayan Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioners states that on account of certain subsequent developments, he proposes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made.

¶3The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
