The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that different orders passed by the Executive Magistrate, i.e., the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Khurj, District Bulandshahr under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 are not being executed and complied with by the respondent nos. 4 to 8. The petitioner has the remedy to approach the concerned Magistrate himself for exercising powers under Section 141 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In view of the availability of remedy to the petitioner under Section 141 Cr.P.C., it is not a fit case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
