Heard counsel for the petitioner The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his claim of Rs.4,97,994/- for payment of wages to the labourers employed by him at the instance of the Government under Asthayee Govansh Ashray Sthal Scheme is not being paid by the Block Development Officer, Block Belahari, District Ballia. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petitioner may make a representation to the Block Development Officer, Block Belahari, District Ballia, i.e., respondent no.6 who shall pass appropriate order on the said representation within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation and in case, any dues are found to be payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be released within a period of one month from the date of the decision of the Block Development Officer, Block Belahari, District Ballia.
