¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

20.12.2022 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly in Case No. 00679 of 2020 (Computer Case No. C202012000000679) registered under Section 13 of Uttar Pradesh Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960. By the order dated 20.12.2022, the Additional Commissioner has remanded back the matter to the prescribed authority to pass a fresh decision in accordance with law. As the order of the Additional Commissioner does not decide the rights of the parties and the petitioner shall have the opportunity to present his case before the prescribed authority and further a time limit has been fixed by the Additional Commissioner directing the prescribed authority to decide the case, it is not a case of under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at this stage.
