¶1The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer:- "1-Set aside the impugned order dated 18.08.2023 passed by Leaned Additional District Judge, Court No.7, Aligarh presided over by Gyanendra Singh-II, in Miscellaneous Appeal No.136 of 2018 (Rajbahadur vs. Khajani and others),"

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to direct the court below to decide the Original Suit No. 409 of 2015 expeditiously.

¶3In view of the above and without interfering with the order dated 18.8.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.7, Aligarh in Miscellaneous Appeal No.136 of 2018 (Rajbahadur vs. Khajani and others), the present petition is disposed of directing the court below to decide the Original Suit No. 409 of 2015 expeditiously strictly in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
