¶1Heard Sri Shailendra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order dated

14.3.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.244 of 2010 has not been complied with till date. He further submits that revision petition is pending and even the delay condonation application has not been decided.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioners further submitted that the issue raised before this Court can be raised in revision petition also.

¶4In the aforesaid circumstances, without interfering with the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the order dated 14.3.2019 passed by this Court as referred above has not been complied with till date shall be complied with within a period of three weeks from today and report thereof shall be submitted before Registrar General of this Court which shall be placed on record and in case the aforesaid order is not complied with within the aforesaid period, petitioners will be at liberty to file a fresh petition, when an adverse view may be taken against concerned authority.
