¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Consolidation Officer, Mathura, respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Restoration/Recall Application filed in Case No.66 of 2015-16, (Mool Chand Vs. Balbeer and others) under Section 9A

(2) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, Village-Madhuri Kund, Pargana and Tehsil-Mathura-District-Mathura be decided expeditiously.

¶2This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Consolidation Officer, Mathura, respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration/recall application expeditiously within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt.
