¶2As per office report dated 17.12.2023 notice has been served on wife of informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application.

¶3Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the applicant was earlier enlarged on bail vide order dated 31.10.2023.

¶4In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 31.10.2023 is confirmed.

¶5The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions of interim order dated 31.10.2023.
