¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to court below i.e Metropolitan Magistrate-VIII, Kanpur Nagar for early decision of Criminal Case No.17 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.95 of 2014, under Sections 147, 452, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Sisamau, District Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Metropolitan Magistrate-VIII, Kanpur Nagar to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
