¶1Heard Sri Rakesh Pande, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Vishaka Pande for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Arun Kumar for Prayagraj Development Authority.

¶2Prayer made in the instant petition is for passing a restraint order against Prayagraj Development Authority so that the constructions of the petitioners are not demolished without following the procedure prescribed under law.

¶3Learned counsel for Prayagraj Development Authority, on instructions, states that so far, the Prayagraj Development Authority has not served any notice on the petitioner for demolition of their constructions. He further states that in future, as and when Prayagraj Development Authority decides to demolish the constructions, it would give proper notice to the petitioners and follow the procedure prescribed under law.
