¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-III, Bareilly for early decision of Case No.1082 of 2018 (Neetu vs. Hardesh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Cant., District-Bareilly within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-III, Bareilly to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
