Sri Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned counsel for the respondents submits that disciplinary proceeding has been concluded and the final order has come to be passed by the disciplinary authority namely the District Judge on 08.12.2023. Copy of the order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner who may prefer a departmental appeal, if so advised. Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition consigned to records.
