Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Since the impugned order is revisable and the applicant has chosen to assail the impugned summoning order dated 31st January, 2022 after a long delay of approximately two years, this Court is not inclined to exercise inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
