¶1The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C has been filed seeking bail in Case Crime No.607 of 2017 under Section 120B IPC Police Station Farah District Mathura. The applicant is languishing in jail since 11.01.2023.

¶2The applicant has been enlarged on bail by order dated

19.09.2023 in the same offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37909 of 2023 (Smt. Reeta Singh vs. State of U.P.).

¶3This is a bail application in added section i.e. Section 120B IPC.

¶4The applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail in this case as well on the same grounds as in the bail order dated 15.09.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37909 of 2023 (Smt. Reeta Singh vs. State of U.P.).

¶5Let the applicant-Smt. Reeta Singh be granted bail in the aforesaid case crime number under the same conditions.
