¶1Heard Sri Satyendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Dhananjay Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Present review petition has been filed for seeking recall of the order dated 16.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No.35710 of 2023.

¶3By bare perusal of the order dated 16.10.2023, it is transpired that through the said order, Writ C No.35710 of 2023 was dismissed as withdrawn with alternative remedy as available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance over the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner itself in the open Court and now he is seeking recall of the said order which was passed on his request.
