¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2Present writ petition is preferred seeking following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to 5 to not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner and not making illegal chakroad of the petitioner Araji No. 383."

¶3No interference is required by this Court in the present writ petition as the matter relates to dispute between private parties. In fact, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioners is to approach the competent authority under common law.
