¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2Present writ petition is preferred interalia with following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to restrain the respondent no.5 to not disturb to the petitioner for peaceful occupation and possession over the share of 445 Sq. Meter in Gata No.2443 area 0.0890 hectare."

¶3No interference is required by this Court in the present writ petition as the matter relates to dispute between private parties. In fact, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the competent authority under common law.
