The issue raised in the present petition involves disputed questions of fact regarding title and possession of the parties over the disputed plot. The petitioner may institute appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court for restraining the respondent nos.6 to 10 and, if any, offence is committed by respondent nos.6 to 10, the petitioner has the remedy to lodge a First Information Report before the concerned police station. In case, the petitioner lodges a First Information Report, the same shall be registered by the concerned police station, which shall investigate the matter in accordance with law.
