¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to decide his representation dated 02.07.2022 before finalization of survey proceedings of the village Shergarh Tapu.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that in case, such a representation is pending, appropriate order shall be passed thereon within the time stipulated by this Court.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, without adverting any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent no 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2022 and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after affording opportunity to all the stakeholders in the matter.
