The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken on the representation dated 03.04.2023 filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur regarding construction/ proper maintenance of a chakroad. The said authority is keeping the representation pending. The petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur bringing all the necessary facts to his notice, who on receiving the said representation may either decide it himself or direct the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate to decide and take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.
