¶1Today when the matter is taken up, certain defects have been pointed by this Court.

¶2At this, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition with better affidavit.

¶3Prayer, as made, is accepted.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
