This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to expedite the hearing and decide the application of the applicant dated 05/16.08.2022 bearing Misc. Case No. 524 of 2022 (Sujata Vs. Janardhan) under Section 340/195(1) Kha Cr.P.C. in Original Case No. 294 of 2018, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar within stipulated period. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. In view of the statement made by Mr. Ram Bilas Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
