¶1Sri Gautam Baghel, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the fact that the petitioner has been permitted to join in the institution pursuant to the order dated 07.02.2023 passed by the respondent no. 4, no cause of action survives in the present petition, and the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

¶2Sri Ashish Kumar Nagar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 5 have no objection.
