The petitioner was required to submit a reply to the provisional assessment notice dated 14.2.2023. However, from the record we do not find that any reply has been submitted by the petitioner to the provisional assessment notice. Under such circumstances, if till date no final assessment has been done, then the petitioner may be given one more opportunity to file his reply to the provisional assessment notice. If the petitioner submits his reply, after giving him a personal hearing, the final assessment order shall be passed within a period of one month.
