Waseem Raien, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad within stipulated period. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed that the respondent-husband has been served recently on 7th November, 2023 and he has been granted time to file objections to the claim made by the applicants. Considering the stage of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to exercise inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
