Case No. 224 of 2023; titled Kanchan Devi vs. Ashu @ Mahendra Pal, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Cantt., District Bhadohi, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gyanpur, Bhadohi within a stipulated period. A perusal of the summoning order reveals that the proceedings under Section 128 Cr.P.C. have been initiated in May, 2023 wherein the objections have been filed by the opposite parties on 11th September, 2023. Considering the stage of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to exercise inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
