The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that an erroneous recovery notice dated 07.08.2023 has been issued against him by the Block Development Officer, Halia, Mirzapur claiming that the petitioner has twice availed the benefit of Pradhanmantri/ Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana (Rural). The issue raised in the present petition can also be decided by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Magistrate bringing all the necessary facts to his notice within one month from today, which shall be decided by the District Magistrate within three months from the date of receiving the representation.
