¶4Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the applicant was enlarged on interim bail vide order dated 30.10.2023.

¶5In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 30.10.2023 is confirmed.

¶6The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions of interim order dated 30.10.2023.
