The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the appeal dated 11th September, 2020, filed before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi under the Mukhymantri Kisan Avam Sarvahit Bima Yojana and filed against the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by the United India Insurance Company Limited, is still pending. This petition is finally disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Kaushambi to decide the aforesaid appeal within a period of three months and in case the petitioner is found entitled to the claim raised by her, the same shall be disbursed within a further period of one month depending on the decision taken by the District Magistrate.
