The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/ commanding the respondent no.4 Block Development Officer, Block Dhata, District Fatehpur to provide the information sought by the petitioner through Right To Information Application dated 18.10.2023 with regard to publication of the tender in the Kshetra Panchayat Dhata, District Fatehpur for the Tender Year-2022-23." A perusal of the document dated 18.10.2023 annexed as annexure no.1 to the writ petition shows that the same is not an application under the Right to Information Act but some complaint made to the Block Development Officer.
