(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the respondent No.3 (Annexure No.17 to the writ petition).

(II) Issue a writ,order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent authority i.e. District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to ensure the payment of amount of Rs.19,63,900/- to the petitioner within stipulated period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court. Through an order dated 12th June, 2023, Chief Development Officer, Siddharth Nagar rejected the application/representation of the petitioner claiming the amount of Rs.19,63,900/-. As the amount is disputed, the petitioner has remedy to approach appropriate Civil Court. Due to availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner before appropriate Civil Court, it is not a case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution India.
