Grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that no decision is being taken by the District Magistrate and Divisional Forest Officer, District Mirzapur on the application of the petitioner for grant of no objection certificate for establishment of retail outlet of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. The said authorities are keeping the applications pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any such application as stated above has been filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate and Divisional Forest Officer, District Mirzapur shall pass appropriate orders on the said applications within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before them.
