¶1None appeared either on behalf of the applicant or on behalf of the informant. However, learned AGA for the State-respondent is present.

¶2On 22.11.2023, trial court was directed to submit report with regard to the current status of the trial.

¶3Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, court concerned submitted its report which is on record and has been marked as Flag 'A' and from its perusal it appears that on 20.9.2021, applicant has already been acquitted by the trial court and therefore, it appears that instant bail application has become infructuous.
