By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direcrtion to the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act/Upper Session Judge, Court No. 27, Agra to decide the Session Case No. 2252 of 2023 (State Vs. Chhotu), in case crime no. 546 of 2023, under Section 452, 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3 read with Section 4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Sikandara, District Agra within stipulated time by this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Special Judge, POCSO Act/Upper Session Judge, Court No. 27, Agra to decide the Session Case No. 2252 of 2023 (State Vs. Chhotu), in case crime no. 546 of 2023, under Section 452, 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3 read with Section 4 of POCSO Act expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
