¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bank and Sri Gaurav Kumar Chand, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the application for interim relief bearing Securitisation Application No.113 of 2022 (M/s M.K. Tractors and another vs. Bank of Baroda) filed by the petitioners may be expeditiously heard and decided by the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

¶3We do find that in the interest of justice the aforesaid application for interim relief should be considered.

¶4Under such circumstances, we direct that the aforesaid application for interim relief be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
