The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent no.7 is making construction over Plot No. 98 which the petitioner claims to be his bhumidhari plot. The issue in the present petition involves disputed questions of fact regarding title and possession of the parties and, therefore, it is not a case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may seek appropriate remedy either before the civil court or if so advised before the revenue courts. The petition is dismissed.
