¶1Heard Sri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Raj Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the private respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The corpus Muskan has been produced before the Court in police custody brought by S.I. Mr. Sanjay Singh.

¶3It is stated by her in open Court in presence of her father Arman Kuraishi and petitioner no.2-Amar Verma that she is not willing to accompany Amar Verma and that she is willing to stay with her father Arman Kuraishi. Her statement shows that she is not under any illegal restraint or illegal detention of respondent no.4.

¶4I do not find any reason to keep this habeas corpus petition pending and to proceed further. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is therefore, dismissed.
