¶2None present on behalf of the appellant to press the appeal.

¶3The present intra-court appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 13.2.2013 passed in Writ-A No. 56662 of 2007.

¶4Perusal of that order reveals that appellant had been heard.

¶5At present, the appeal has been filed carrying a delay of 3890 days. As to the explanation to such gross delay, only reason disclosed is that the appellant had no knowledge of the order dated

13.2.2013 till 2015. However, no date of the knowledge acquired has been disclosed. Even, from the end of year 2016, almost 7 years delay has been caused in filing the present intra-court appeal.

¶6Ignoring the period of Covid-19 suffered by the society, there is gross unexplained delay noted above.
