¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Parsuram Chaubey, learned counsel appearing for the Bank.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that very petty amount is due towards the loan which the petitioner had taken from the Bank. He further submits that if the latest statement of account is given to the petitioner then the petitioner is ready to pay of the entire loan amount in one go.

¶3Under such circumstances, the Bank shall provide latest statement of loan account to the petitioner within a week from today. Thereafter the petitioner shall pay the entire loan amount to the Bank within 20 days and thereafter no objection certificate be also be issued to the petitioner.
