The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding non-payment of Rs.14,56,518/- along with suitable interest for the work done by him in Kanshiram Ji Shariya Awas Yojana, Kalindi Kunj, Khurja, Bulandshahr, despite repeated representations by the petitioner for the aforesaid purpose. The issue regarding payment can be decided by the Superintending Engineer Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Electricity Distribution Division 1st Railway Road, District-Bulandshahr respondent no.3. It would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintending Engineer that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Superintending Engineer Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Electricity Distribution Division 1st Railway Road, District-Bulandshahr respondent no.3, within a period of three months from the date of filing a representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and in case any dues are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of two months from the date of decision on the representation of the petitioner.
