¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

31.10.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.472 of 2023, under Sections-147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Nawabganj, District-Ganga Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj).

¶3On the previous occasion, learned A.G.A. was directed to seek instructions.

¶4Instructions have been received to the effect that there are three injured, all having injuries on the head.

¶5In our opinion, injury report is in consonance with the F.I.R. which contains ingredients of cognizable offence. As such, F.I.R. cannot be quashed.
