¶4Non-bailable warrant was issued against the revisionist vide order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Court. As per the office report dated 10.12.2023 a report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi-Gyanpur dated 22.11.2023 has been received stating therein that the revisionist has died on

09.04.2021.

¶5This Court has perused the said report.

¶6In view of the same, the revision stands abated.
