¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 3.4.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 135 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Bilariyaganj, District-Azamgarh.

¶3Learned counsel for the parties submits that they had settled the dispute outside the Court and have entered into a compromise which has been reduced in writing.

¶4Learned counsel for the parties are directed to produce the alleged compromise before Investigating Officer, who shall examine the same, strictly in accordance with law.
