04.05.2023 bearing Misc. Case No. 357 of 2023 (Smt. Sujata @ Jussi Vs. Janardhan Sharma @ Jatin) under Section 127(1) Cr.P.C. pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar within stipulated period. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is wife of opposite party no. 1. The application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. of the applicant was allowed vide order dated 21.06.2019 directing the opposite party no. 1/husband to pay a sum of Rs. 5000/- per month to her towards maintenance. Thereafter, the applicant moved an application on

04.05.2023 under Section 127(1) Cr.P.C. for enhancement of the maintenance amount, which has been registered as Misc. Case No. 357 of 2023, in which opposite party no. 1 has appeared on

24.05.2023 but the application dated 04.05.2023 of the applicant is still pending. Learned A.G.A. states that no useful purpose would be served in issuing notice to opposite party no. 1 and keeping this application pending before this Court and it may be disposed of at this stage itself. Considering the limited grievance of the learned counsel for the applicant, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar is directed to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, if there is no legal impediment.
